Bob Kenworthy is an Oklahoma artist who has won numerous awards for both his work as a landscape and as a portrait painter. Bob has painted primarily in oils for many years. He has studied under such notable portrait artists as Daniel Gerhartz, Kathryn Walker Richardson, Mitsuno Reedy and Clayton Beck.
Bob’s art has been displayed at the 50 Penn Place Gallery, Contemporary Arts Gallery, City Arts Center, Greenfield Vineyard, Bank of America, and the Edmond Historical Society Museum. In 2008 he received Best of Show honors at the Plein Air Society Annual Exhibition
Bob is a past president of the Oklahoma Art Guild, as well as a past president of the Oklahoma Society of Professional Engineers. He is a registered professional engineer, having received his BS in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University. He currently works for Oklahoma Natural Gas Company as Manager of Integrity Management over their transmission pipeline system.
